Avacodo Chicken Salad

TOTAL TIME: 15 MINUTES 

Ingredients: 

▪ 12 oz finely diced cooked white meat chicken,

▪ 3 oz chopped avocado

▪ ½ tsp garlic powder

▪ ¼ tsp salt

▪ 1/8 tsp pepper

▪ 1 tbsp + 1 tsp lime juice

▪ ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.

2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

3. Split the chicken salad in half and serve with your favorite Greens!

Yield: 2 servings
