Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

TOTAL TIME: 35 MINUTES 

Ingredients:

  • 2 sachet OPTAVIA Buttermilk Cheddar Herb Biscuit

  • 1/2 cup Water

  • 3 cup Cauliflower Florets

  • 1 can Cooking spray

  • 1/4 cup Hot Buffalo Sauce

  • 1/2 tbsp Unsalted Butter melted

  • 1/4 cup Low-fat Greek Yogurt

  • 1 tsp Dry Ranch Dressing Mix

 Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425*F.

  2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix buttermilk cheddar herb biscuits and water. Add cauliflower florets, and toss until evenly coated in batter.

  3. Place cauliflower florets onto a lightly greased foil-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.

  4. In another bowl combine the hot sauce and butter. Add the baked cauliflower and toss to coat the florets. Place back on the baking sheet and bake for another 7 to 10 minutes.

  5. In a small bowl, combine yogurt and ranch mix. Serve the cauliflower wings with the ranch dip.
